At CustomizedTouches, each phone case is made to order and carefully crafted just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund if necessary.
